About the project

Blyde Wildlife Estate offers a fantastic opportunity as an investment or as a permanent residence right in the middle of the “Valley of Olifants” only 14 km from Hoedspruit and 65 km from Kruger National Park. It is a turnkey project, for example, a walled luxury villa with a thatched roof, with a site coverage of 120 m². A Danish managed construction. Price 1,350,000 DKK including plot. All plots come with complete deeds and are of approximately 4,000 m². However, as the regulations from the Owners Association are built on the philosophy of a wildlife estate, one is not allowed to lay a garden or have a hedge, and each owner will have restrictions with regard to building in a defined radius on the plot. Therefore the size of the plot is immaterial, as all 154 buildings will be a part of a 1,730 (CHANGE TO 700) acres bush land. The plots are prepared with 3 phase electricity and telephone as well as with purified drinking water and (Own septic tank and french drain) instead of:  waste water discharge.
